The ERS Services Story

Founded in 2013, ERS Services works with financial firms, tech companies and professional services organizations on strategic visibility campaigns and corporate communications. We are thoughtful and purposeful when engaging with the media, investors and other influencers, always with an eye toward producing measurable results.

Our president, Alyson Nikulicz, has 20+ years of experience working in internal and external communications and public relations. Her expertise lies in PR strategy, media/influencer relations, crisis communications, content development, thought leadership development and research. 

Alyson has a deep background working with financial services organizations, particularly those that count retail and institutional investors as clients. Her experience includes work with brokerage firms, wealth managers, custodians, fintech/wealthtech companies, independent registered investment advisors (RIAs), AmLaw100 law firms, retail and institutional asset managers and hedge funds. 

She received her Master's degree in International Communication from Rutgers University and was named one of the top "40 under 40" public relations professionals by PRWeek.
